Please Rate MITC Service Effectiveness
MITC has introduced a short survey for customers to provide feedback when a Service Request is closed. Please use this opportunity to provide your input on the level of service received. As MITC grows, we want to remain closely in touch with customers.
The options are a simple number and a text/comment area. Options include:
- Unacceptable = 1
- Poor = 2
- Fair = 3
- Good = 4
- Excellent = 5
Scores of 1 or 2 will be reviewed by a Help Desk Team Leader for further follow up with your agency.
