Provider Usage Intelligence Report

Starting in January 2019, providers using Agency Workforce Management with MITC Cloud will receive a monthly usage statement. The report will include critical information for the previous month, including:

Number of logons, page views, and attendance records
Compliance level
Alerts generated
Unfilled shifts
New hires
Terminations
Employee churn rate
Payroll cost
PTO cost and percentage
Overtime cost and percentage
Database completeness
Unused applications

All providers will be able to generate the report independently for any date range. This report may be particularly useful during pilot programs and roll-outs.

Providers hosting Agency Workforce Management on their own servers can install the report. If you want MITC to manage the report for you, there is a $95.00 monthly fee (covers time to obtain logon credentials and generate report, but there is no limit on the number of companies). This fee can be added to Business or Premier Class Service. To order this service, email maggiep@mitcsoftware.com.
