MITC is launching a series of free training videos to help your employees and managers use myMITC. The first 21 videos are planned for employees and will be made available in April of this year. The content for managers will be published in June.
These videos are designed to:
- Provide direct guidance to employees and managers using MITC for the first time
- Reinforce training for employees and managers
- Help get new hires up to speed
The videos are included in Business Class Service & MITC Cloud. Videos updates will be released with new software/hardware versions and will incorporate customer requests.
