The roll out of the new version of myMITC is well underway. Customers are delighted with the new version and looking forward to making use of all the new features.

Many customers have made suggestions for additional features as they think about new ways to use myMITC. MITC is responding to these requests as quickly as we can! A monthly summary will be published in addition to the updates posted on www.mitcsoftware.com.

These updates are now available:

  • Mileage and Expenses: Option to add a job and a comment when requesting reimbursement
  • Daily Report Ability: Search for employees
  • Individual Summary Report: Includes archived records
  • Employee Messaging: Remove all messages option
  • Caller-ID: Managers can view and or edit phone numbers
  • Inspections: New report available in Individual Summary Documentation
  • Work Orders (requires a matching update for RS2 Project Scheduler)
    • Assign specific employees to a work ticket
    • Create schedules from a work ticket
  • Work Orders for Customers
    • Submit work order requests
    • View requested work orders
    • View existing work orders

If your new version of myMITC has not been installed yet, there is no need to do anything. These updates will be included. If your new version has been installed, these updates can now be installed. Individual customers who requested particular features have been notified separately.
