A New Version of MyMITC is On Its Way!
MITC is pleased to offer solutions designed specifically for agencies — developed completely in-house and entirely made in the USA. The lead software developers and designers behind the all-new myMITC mobile have backgrounds working with and at agencies, so it has been thoughtfully created with YOU in mind.
myMITC Mobile all new look-and-feel is even easier for employees and managers to learn, navigate, and use. We have introduced new screens that automatically resize themselves for effortless reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling. This responsive design gives the user an optimal experience no matter what device they view it in.
Enhanced Staff & Client Scheduling now includes employee access to Restrictions & Preferences with Manager approval, color coded schedule of shifts for Group Homes, visual schedule presentations for employees and managers, a new option for employees to request a shift and manager approval, plus the option to ask Employees to confirm Schedule.
Time and Attendance now includes approval button for “Ready To Bill” and a new Employee Summary report with Payroll approval options.
The new version will be available by June 30th for installation in July-Sept. The software is available free of charge to all Business, Premier Class, and Cloud customers. New technical documentation employee and manager handbooks will be provided, as all employees, managers, and administrators will require training due to the scope of the upgrade.
We appreciate that this change will impact everyone in your organization. To ease the transition, MITC will temporarily support both versions and allow both to be used simultaneously at your organization.
